Property Settlement is the conclusion of the sale transaction and usually takes place about six weeks after contracts are exchanged, for established properties, or after the Occupation Certificate is issued and Strata Plan is registered, for off-plan properties.
PIA’s settlements department will notify you on your property's settlement status including: construction status, valuation stage, information sessions, final inspection and settlement due date.
