As we reach the end of financial year, we would like to take the time to personally thank each of our valued clients for their support throughout the year. 

PIA continues to expand year on year, offering a greater range of products, projects, properties and services. Therefore, we’d like to extend a warm welcome to all of our new clients – developers, investors, home owners, finance clients, tenants and landlords.

Despite a softer market PIA’s investors continue to invest more than $1bn in the Sydney residential market through the PIA platform. This investment has seen PIA achieve an outstanding 11.66% share of the new housing sales in NSW for FY18* Apartments continue to hold their value greater than houses - This is good news for PIA investors - units are strong and holding their value, plus they achieve stronger auction clearance rates.

PIA engaged with thousands of people across the Sydney market, from shopping centre promotions, to PIA Seminars, participation at the Sydney Property Expo and HIA Home show, Project Development Open Days, Diwali community festival through to hosting the NSW Premier at PIA for the Philippine Independence Day celebrations.
