Dyldam, Australia’s Number One Apartment builder*, celebrated the structural completion of Modena with a 'Topping Out' ceremony on the roof of the development.

The 9,250 sqm mixed-use development opposite the Bull and Bush Hotel in Baulkham Hills is a gateway to the burgeoning Hills District.

Comprising 4 residential towers, Modena is the first stage in the revitalisation of Baulkham Hills; offering residents luxury above and retail energy below.
