Following the resounding success of Dyldam’s Carlingford master precinct, the industry leader is now launching THE OPERA MERRYLANDS, a game-changing new precinct in one of Cumberland LGA’s current hot spots.

These include industry icon Tony Caro Architecture, who created the design concept; Plus Architecture who were recently selected to collaborate with Zaha Hadid Architects on a Melbourne project, Australia’s leading urban development services consultants JBA and the inspiring Site Image Landscape Architects who have 30 years’ experience in the Australian, Asian and Middle East markets.
The project’s design coherence benefits from a single landowner to create a lifestyle hub that links the natural beauty of Holroyd Gardens to the bustle of the town centre. The precinct will enjoy private spaces for residents including rooftop terraces, along with civic parklands with riparian features and a café, retail feature.
Dyldam are releasing CONCERTO as the first stage of the project – a mixed use development comprised of four buildings including a rooftop swimming pool will be home to 358 apartments and approximately 2,500sqm of commercial space. Concerto will be followed by Pavane, Opus and Aria to complete THE OPERA MERRYLANDS PRECINCT SERIES.
