Leroy from PIA is one of the best real estate agent I have come across in the town , he is very genuine and provide full assistance / advice on buying the property . He provide step by step process throughout the property acquirement and give us peaceful of mind.usually property agents force us to go with mortgage broker whom they have tie up with but Leroy doesn’t force us, he leave the option to us he is very genuine. I highly recommend rental agents Mia and Jimmy and the property manager Leon of PIA. Their team can quickly respond to the requirements of owners. They have keen insight into the rental market that let my property be leased so quick. Rental management and services are also well. Will started to look after my property from the beginning of this year. Unfortunately, the tenant he got was a tough one, to everyone’s surprise.

I first met Phillip at a Strata meeting where Phillip mediated a difficult interaction between the owners and a Strata Corporation. Phillip was outstanding during this meeting. My next interaction with Phillip was due to some unfortunate situations and we needed help to manage our tenants out of our property. This was a long and stressful process but Phillip was extremely helpful, responsive and compassionate to our needs.

I have 2 properties under Bryan's management. Bryan has been looking after these 2 properties for a long time and he always provides high standard services which I appreciate a lot. Recently one of my properties in Castle Hill was damaged by a hail storm in Feb. After being advised of the situation, I took the matter to my insurance company (I manage insurance myself). However it turned out to be a painstaking ordeal since the insurance's assigned assessor provided a report which didn't reflect the actual facts. I took the matter seriously to fight against the company for my right. During this course, Bryan has assisted me in a lot of ways.

I am always very sceptical about the so called after sale services boasted by real-estate agencies, especially for off-the-plan purchases. To me, they only have one goal and one goal in mind - get your to sign the contract as fast as they can. To my surprise, Rayne and her team at PIA settlement department did a terrific job at assisting us in basically every aspect of property settlement. There was an instance not long ago that Rayne had to work with a developer to postpone our settlement simply because she deemed the unit was not ready and not in any way close to pass their QA. In another unfortunate instance, we have had an on-going issue with another developer for almost 9 months. ... In my opinion, the settlement team at PIA has demonstrated their capacity and professionalism over the past year. I am happy and feel fortunate to have them standing behind me on very settlement

There was an issue with respect to the strata company not maintaining the balcony plants in a suitable groomed state. This caused issues with the units as they stopped the light coming in. Jeffrey Qiao was extremely proactive in chasing the strata company and taking care of the tenants rights in this matter. Way to go Jeffrey, you're one of the good property manager out there.

During our tenancy so far PIA have been excellent. Jimmy was very helpful in the beginning when showing us apartments. In particular Tony has been great. We had an incident recently where my partner had locked herself out and I was away and wouldn't be home that night. Tony went out of his way to ensure a key got to her even though it was quite late in the day. It saved me having to drive back and also relieved my partners anxiety. Tony was understanding of our situation and exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond and super responsive.

From the moment I walked in to inspect the apartment, I was greeted with a welcoming smile from Suzanna. Suzanna is such a lovely person to deal with, she's quick, efficient and very professional from the start of the process till the end. I had been looking at property's for 3 weeks and wasn't happy with anything I saw and the moment I walked in to inspect, Suzanna showed me a few apartments and gave me options, prices and understood my concerns and answered all my questions on the spot. It was a great pleasure dealing with PIA for the 4 years of my rental with this agency. Our property manager, Michael Lee, was always extremely efficient and responsive. I cannot recommend Michael enough! I was really sad to learn that our rental apartment had been sold and we unfortunately had to move, but Michael was very helpful and offered all his assistance in finding a new apartment for us or at least giving us a good and timely reference for our next rental. I would also like to thank Coco who was responsible for the sale of the apartment. She made sure that all open inspections worked out for us without much interruption. She was always mindful of our schedules and took all care and safety measures during inspections. In my opinion, PIA is one of a few agencies that actually cares for its tenants, and this really makes a difference! I highly recommend Michael, Coco and PIA.

My wife and I definitely recommend Simon Jingchu at PIA for property management. We discussed with him about our financial difficulties during this covid period and he was able to negotiate a discounted rent with the owner. Highly highly recommend PIA, Cindy Xin Liu wonderful person works in PIA ., very professional, polite in communication, she always have beautiful smile on her face with customer service. She impressed me on first inspection, I still remember it was weekend on Sunday I went for inspection met Cindy first time , Cindy spent more then enough time with me while inspection till late night , organised all the paper for me to apply property, provide me all the enough information and online links to apply property, Helped us signed property lease after working hours late in evening. Cindy is very good in replying emails in same day in fact in few minutes .Cindy Always available replying msgs and help after office hours . Right up to signing the lease and getting the keys to a brand new apartment in Homebush area (just today) I had the privilege to have Tom Fu, the senior project rental manager, handle things. He is both professional in his work (it shows he cares about what he is doing) and casual in his speech (which made it easier to convey information thus everything got handled swiftly). We have been renting with PIA for more than four years now and have always found their service as excellent. I would highly recommend Wudi Di Wu as a property manager. I got in touch with the agent named Jimmy Xie. I really can not describe him in enough good words, really very humble, patient enough to show me multiple properties at various suburbs at a time that suited me, very accommodative and supportive.
